Egbe’s story

BY BEO | 02/10/2026

Before founding Inspire Law Global, Egbe built a career in law, where she became increasingly frustrated with the way legal training was delivered. She saw an opportunity to create a more practical and effective approach — one that would allow aspiring lawyers to learn through realistic experiences and mistakes. Her interest in virtual reality and AI led her to explore how technology could transform legal training.

As a Black woman working in VR and technology, one of the biggest challenges she has faced has been being taken seriously in a space where there are few founders who look like her. Learning to command a room and have confidence in her expertise has been an important part of her journey.

One of her proudest moments has been securing Inspire Law Global’s first university partnership. Although the business initially focused on corporate clients, its outreach and marketing attracted interest from a university that wanted to explore how its simulations could be used to support students. Securing the partnership demonstrated the wider potential of the business and its technology.

Her journey has been shaped by an underdog mentality. She never initially expected to become a lawyer, but worked her way into the profession and eventually into one of the world’s leading law firms. That experience continues to influence how she approaches entrepreneurship, particularly her determination to keep pushing forward and her belief in Inspire Law Global’s purpose: giving young people a stronger chance of succeeding in regulated professions.

Mentorship has also played an important role. Seeing mentors overcome challenges that she is now facing has given her reassurance that the work can pay off and helped shape her approach to building the business.

For her, F100 has been a crucial part of that journey, helping her change the way she runs and scales the business and accelerating its growth in ways she had not imagined.

Her advice to her younger self is simple: be audacious and never be afraid of the word “no.”
