My Credit. My Power. is a three-year, community-led programme delivered by the Black Equity Organisation and funded by the Aviva Foundation.
We are working with young Black women aged 18–30 to understand their experiences, build financial confidence, and co-design resources that better support young Black women across the UK.

My Credit. My Power. starts with workshops and focus groups in July 2026, but the journey doesn’t stop there.
During 2026 and 2027, participants will have opportunities to co-design new resources, contribute to a national Financial Toolkit and apply for Financial Confidence training to become Peer Mentors and Facilitators.
By taking part, you’ll gain valuable leadership and facilitation skills, build your confidence and help shape support for young Black women across the UK.
Please note:
Participants are expected to attend all five focus group sessions. Those who attend all five sessions will be entered into the opportunity to receive a £50 voucher upon completion of the programme.
