I hereby grant the Black Equity Organisation the right to use my name, image, voice, or other identifying information in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings, for the purpose of promoting the F100 Growth Fund and its activities. I understand that this includes the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such media materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy associated with it. I also release Black Equity Organisation, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability associated with the use of such media materials.
