We’re pleased to announce that we have received funding from the Aviva Foundation to deliver a national, transformational project specifically focused on empowering young Black women (aged 18-30) to achieve financial resilience and prosperity. This work is crucial as currently 63% of Black households have no savings, compared to 33% of White households.
The programmes combine national research, policy advocacy, and grassroots community empowerment to tackle the stark financial inequalities facing Black women across the UK.
We are seeking experienced, credible delivery partners for this paid partnership work. We are particularly interested in organisations.

This work will be about delivering training, but more transformational as its about generating insight and holding institutions and corporates to account on disparities affecting Black women.
