The institutional racism exposed within the London Fire Bridge is truly shocking to read. Anyone found to have engaged in any of these practices should be sacked. There should be no hiding place for racism, misogyny or homophobia in any organisation especially our emergency services.
We are working behind the scenes to investigate opportunities to engage with the London Fire Brigade and convene relevant organisations to drive institutional change to ensure that these experiences truly become a thing of the past.
